Joining Remote AGM

Zoom is the platform used for the First Choice Credit Union AGM to host the meeting. Loading Zoom to your PC, laptop or tablet is not required – the users’ browser is automatically activated once the user clicks on the link or copies the link into their browser.

Do I need to download software to attend remote AGM?

  • When using a laptop there is no need to download the app. You should see an option to Join from your browser. Once you click on Join from Browser this will take you to Join the meeting
  • On a Mobile device you may be prompted to download the App and Install it. Once the App has been installed go back to your e-mail, click on the link provided to join and select open with Zoom App.

How do I join an online AGM?

You will receive an email confirming your registration with a link to join the online AGM.

Simply click on the link it may take a couple of minutes to gain access.

Can I log in several times using multiple devices?

No. The link is unique per member and works only on a “one click” basis – if the link is forwarded to another member it will not work for them.

Can I use my phone to join the remote AGM?

Yes, you can use any smart device to view and participate in the webinar once you have the link.
