Coronavirus – Member Notice

Due to the recent outbreak of Covid-19 (‘Coronavirus’), we want to ensure we serve our members as efficiently & effectively as always during this time.

In line with public health advice, we ask all members to please wear a face mask while visiting our branches from today, 10th August 2020. This requirement is for the safety and wellbeing of fellow members and our staff.

Furthermore, some of you may want to stay at home rather than call to the office to transact or query your account and this is a reminder on what you can do

Lodge cash to your accounts without an ATM Cash Card

    • Choose lodgement on the Home Screen
    • Enter your Date of Birth & CU Member Number
    • You will then have access to continue the lodgement process
