Calling artists young and old, you are all invited to submit entries to this years Credit Union Art Competition which has been launched by the First Choice Credit Union.
The Credit Union Art Competition continues to be one of the most successful annual promotions undertaken by the Credit Union movement. The Credit Union Art Competition strives to encourage artists throughout Ireland through self-expression, creativity and imagination whilst also raising awareness of Credit Union at local, regional and national levels.
As this is an Art Competition, there is no need for the artist to illustrate the text of the theme on the art piece. What we are looking for is how they interpret the theme through their art.
All entries must be submitted on either A3 (420 x 297mm) or A2 (597 x 420mm) size paper or board and must be in landscape shape.
Schools Entries
EACH SCHOOL MUST ONLY CHOOSE ONE WINNER FROM EACH CATEGORY to represent their school at local level and ONLY SUBMIT THOSE WINNING ENTRIES TO THEIR LOCAL FIRST CHOICE CREDIT UNION BRANCH (Achill, Balla, Ballyhaunis or Castlebar), marked for the attention of the Youth and Education Committee.
Non-School Entries
SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY TO YOUR LOCAL FIRST CHOICE CREDIT UNION BRANCH (Achill, Balla, Ballyhaunis or Castlebar), marked for the attention of the Youth and Education Committee. 
The winners from local level will go forward to Chapter level and winners from this level go forward to National level.
Please find attached entry forms which must be fully completed and fixed to the back of the art work. Rules are on the entry forms.
Closing date for submission of posters is Fri 11th October 2019 at 4pm. You can post or drop your posters into the Youth and Education Committee, First Choice Credit Union at your local branch. All entries received after this date will NOT BE INCLUDED.
