For all First Choice Credit Union members with Ulster Bank/ KBC current accounts

As an Ulster Bank/KBC customer you will be aware that Ulster Bank/KBC have begun communicating with their customers about their timeline for leaving the Irish Market.

For First Choice Credit Union members, this will mean that any direct debits  you had set up with Ulster Bank/KBC to repay First Choice Credit Union loans will need to be updated with alternative payment details.

For a quick & easy way to update your direct debit/recurring card payment please call FCCU  where our member services team will be able to assist. Once your new details have been submitted, you will receive confirmation in writing of the new details you have set up for your direct debit/recurring card payment on your First Choice Credit Union account.
