GREEN LOAN FOR HOME UPGRADES
Purpose may be for Home Upgrades which include energy efficiency measures, which MUST be one of:
- Insulation (external walls, attic, etc.).
- Replacement of windows and/or doors
- Installation of solar PV panel system.
- Heat pump installation.
- Installation of electric vehicle charger.
SEAI Grant Approval specifying any/all of the above measures will be sufficient evidence of loan purpose to avail of the green discount.
GREEN LOAN FOR PLUG-IN VEHICLE
Purpose may be for a plug-in vehicle:
- May be an Electric Vehicle or Hybrid, but MUST be plug-in
- Green loan term for vehicle purchase will be maximum 5 years.
