We are making some changes to our Online Account Services – Terms of Use
Dear Member,
We are making some changes to our Online Account Services – Terms of Use, and they will come into effect from 28th July 2022.
The changes lower the minimum age to access Online Account Services from 16 years to 12 years. If a member is aged between 12 and 16 years of age, we will require the consent of their parent or guardian for the member to access the Online Account Service.
We have also updated Contact Details to reflect the current branch network.
A copy of our revised Online Account Services – Terms of Use are available here: Online Account Service Terms and Conditions. They are also available in any of our branches from 26th May 2022.
