Community Loan – from 5.25% (Typical APR 5.38%)

At First Choice Credit Union we support Community. Our Community Loan has been designed to offer local community groups, organisations, and charities access to capital to help make their vision become a reality.

This loan has been developed to support projects and initiatives within the following areas: sport and recreation, culture and heritage, the arts, health of the community, natural environment projects and youth, welfare, and amenities.

Community Loan Secured:

• Community Loan Secured rate of 5.25% (5.38% APR).
• Minimum loan is €1,000. Maximum loan is €300,000 per borrower.
• Maximum loan term of 20 years.
• No penalty for early repayment.

Community Loan Unsecured:

• Community Loan Unsecured rate of 6.00% (6.17% APR).
• Minimum loan is €1,000.
• Maximum loan is €100,000 per borrower.
• Maximum loan term of 10 years.
• No penalty for early repayment.

Who can apply:

Community groups based or headquartered in the Common Bond.
