HOW WILL THIS CHANGE AFFECT ME?
There will be no impact on your day to day transactions or loans and you will have access to a range of additional products and services as set out below. You will also have the added benefit of being able to transact your business, if it is convenient for you to do so, in all six offices in Achill, Balla, Ballyhaunis, Castlebar, Kiltimagh and Swinford.

As a member of First Choice Credit Union, you will now have access to some new and enhanced products and services:

- A new on street ATM accessible to all, 24/7, 365 days of the year.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WILL I BE GIVEN A NEW MEMBER NUMBER?
Yes, a new member number will be assigned to you. Your new member number will be your old Kiltimagh District Credit Union number with the number 300000 incorporated into it. For example, a KDCU member number of 100 will now become 300100; 2000 will now become 302000.
WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT ONLINE?
Yes, if you are registered for the Kiltimagh District Credit Union mobile app or online banking, access to these platforms will cease following the transfer. However, you will be able to access online banking via the First Choice Credit Union website or download the First Choice Credit Union app. To gain access you will need to include your new member number. Your pin will remain the same.

WILL MY STANDING ORDERS BE AFFECTED?
Please contact us if you have regular incoming standing orders on your account on 094 9022969, email us at info@fccu.ie or call into your local First Choice Credit Union office. A member of staff will assist you with ensuring there is no impact to these payments.
WILL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MY ACCOUNT CHANGE?
The First Choice Credit Union Member Account Term & Conditions will apply to your account. These are available here: First Choice Credit Union Terms & Conditions or a copy can be requested in any of the branches.
WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS FOR THE KILTIMAGH OFFICE?
The Kiltimagh office will be open Tuesday to Friday for our members. For times, please see our opening hours webpage: FCCU OPENING HOURS.
